Elevo measures three postural angles from side-on photos for wellness purposes, based on anatomical points you confirm. It compares them with reference values published in studies and offers a program of general, equipment-free exercises. Accuracy depends on following the photo instructions and on how the points are placed; every value is shown with an estimated margin of error. Elevo is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace medical advice. Elevo values and scores are not a guarantee of results. We don't promise any increase in your actual height. Users who report symptoms or conditions in the safety check are directed to a professional.
You must be at least 18 years old.
The subscription is $9.99 per month or $39.99 per year, taxes included where applicable. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe.
The yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the yearly subscription starts and you are charged the price shown before the trial began. Cancellation and withdrawal terms also apply during the trial.
You can cancel anytime, easily, from “Manage subscription” in your plan (Stripe portal) or by writing to theodor.costache@nahiraessence.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to theodor.costache@nahiraessence.com. If you asked for the service to start immediately, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided, as the law allows. If you live elsewhere, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll review your refund request in good faith.
The exercises are general. Stop if you feel pain. We recommend seeing a professional if you have a spinal condition, persistent pain or other health problems, or if you are pregnant.
Elevo's content belongs to the provider. Your photo stays yours, and we don't store it.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for improper use of the exercises. This doesn't limit your statutory consumer rights.
